| Name: Angelo-Elly M. MLAKI Nationality: Tanzanian It's on the February 1975 this artist stepped into the world. In 1982, he changed the scenery, he moved from the African Continent to the European one. From there, he was raised and educated He lived in Switzerland, Geneva, from 1982 till 1996, where he obtained his baccalaureate. He claims that Arts & Fashion are his comfort world since early age. That revelation became an opportunity in 1999 when he enrolled at AIU-London UK to study Fashion design till 2003. He was awarded a Bachelor of Fine Arts and after his graduation he thought time to return in the motherland, TANZANIA, was reached. Collections 2004 : First Commercial collection sexy and Smart Nostalgic of celebration of nightlife in big cities. A clubwear and young orientated collection. 2005: Formation of Neith Company 2006: The phoenix collection Celebration of femininity, a rebirth of sexy and smart collection with a slightly conservatism feeling, expressing a more mature woman career and discipline orientated. 2006: selected for RAFDA competition was among the finalists Redds African Fashion Award 2007: The Nature collection It's a personal description and feeling of The NATURE. 1stAugust 2007:Redds World of Beauty Launch Cocktail Fashion show which I showcased 10 of my designs 1st December 2007: Tanzania Red Ribbon Fashion Gala by TMH Tanzania Mitindo House, for ophans and children living with HIV. 19 March 2008: Release of collection " La decouverte de la femme".First solo fashion show in Alliance Francaise 24 0ctober 2008: selected for RAFDA competition Redds African Fashion Award 5-6 November 2008: Swahili Fashion Week WOMENS MODELS SIZE 10 UK WANTED, Please contact us |
